Once logged in you will be presented with the "Account Summary" screen which will show your current orders and any past orders and their assosiated status.
Once your order is received it will progress through a number of diferent "Order Status" prior to you receiveing the items you ordered.

All items are shipped to your door free of charge.
No minimum spends, free shipping on all items.
The only time you will pay shipping charges is when you have changed your mind about a product and would like to return it.
Yes you can.
95% of our products are shipped within the Australia Post network so therefor we have no problems in deleviring to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Bed's and orther large items are sometimes shipped through other Couriers which means we may not be able to deliver it to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, however we will contact you directly in these instances.

Generally all orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, but it some instances it can take up to 10 business days.
We have 3 warehouses in the following locations;
Our main warehouse is located in Brisbane, in some instances we can Express post your order for a fee providing you contact us to make prior arangemnets.
Express post can be arranged for a fee by contact us prior to placing your order.
Unfortunately not every item can be shipped Express.
Any order under the value of $50 will be sent with "Authority to Leave" (ATL), this means you won't need to be home to accept your delivery.
Any other order will only be sent with ATL if the ATL option is selected at the checkout.
ATL is at the discretion of the courier that is attempting to deliver your order, in the instances where the courier does not honor the ATL or deems it to be "unsave" to leave your order, a card will be left for you to attend your local depot or post office.
