Shipping Information
How much does shipping cost?
All orders less than $38.99 will incur a shipping charge based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The available shipping options will be displayed at check out.
Orders $38.99 and above will be shipped to your door free of charge via the most economical delivery method.
How will I know the shipping cost I am being charged?
There are two ways.
You will first get an indication of the shipping price within the product descriptions by looking at the "Shipping" tab.
Secondly the shipping cost will be calculated prior to paying for your order at the checkout.
Can I have my order sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes, you can.
We use a mix of shipping methods including Australia Post, Aramex/Fastway & Couriers Please.
If you enter a PO Box address, only the Australia Post option will be presented at checkout.
Bed's and other large items are generally shipped through other couriers and therefore we may not be able to deliver it to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, however, we will contact you directly in these instances.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders via a mixture of methods to continue to offer affordable prices. We use Australia Post, Aramex/Fastway & Couriers Please.
However, bed's and other large items may be shipped through the following couriers;
- Star Track
- Air Road Express
- Direct Express Freight
- Allied Express
- Fast Way Couriers
- Toll
- TNT
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, all orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, but it some instances it can take up to 10 business days.
We have 3 warehouses in the following locations;
- Brisbane
- Melbourne
- Sydney
Our main warehouse is located in Brisbane, in some instances, we can express post your order for a fee providing you contact us to make prior arrangements.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
When Australia post is delivering an item and you are not home you will receive a card to go and collect your order from the post office.
If one of our other delivery partners are delivering the item they will have "Authority to Leave" (ATL) unless it is a high value item and in that case you may need to attend a depot to collect the order.
If you have had a history of mail or packages going missing, please let us know in the "Order Comments" so we can ensure that ATL is not given to our couriers.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
In the first instance you should check your tracking number provided in you shipping confirmation to see if your order is already in transit.
You can always make contact with us and we will gladly follow it up and we will investigate it.

Where are your payments processed?
All payments are processed via secure payment gateways within Australia.
What currency do you charge in?
All payments are charged in AUD, so if you have a credit card with an Australian Bank or provider you will not be charged international transaction fee's.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my item?
If at any point you are unhappy with your purchase we ask that you email us or call us on 1300 674 887.
Within the first 30 days of your purchase we offer 100% money back guarantee regardless of the reason, simply return the item to us and we will fully refund the purchase price*.
It's been longer than 30 Day's, can I return my item?
Please contact us to discuss this, generally after 30 days we do not return or refund for change of mind.
However under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. You can view Guarantees that apply automatically page for more information.
